It’s appalling to know that men find pleasure in raping minors.
Emmanuel Nwele, 45, was apprehended on the allegation that he had forced sexual intercourse with his friend’s 11-year-old daughter. He was actually caught in the act by the girl’s father.
The crime was revealed by the state police commissioner while parading Nwele and other suspects.
