Request for Quotation (RFQ): Printing Services for Women’s Political Participation Campaign
Stand To End Rape Initiative (STER) is launching a campaign to increase women’s participation in Nigeria’s political sphere. This initiative will raise awareness, educate communities and mobilise support for gender inclusion in politics. To support this mission, we are calling on experienced and professional printing service providers to submit quotations for producing our campaign materials.
Project Scope
We require high-quality printed materials that will be used for distribution, outreach events and community sensitization sessions. Materials should be durable, vibrant and aligned with the specified designs and formats.

Vendor Requirements
- Quality Assurance: The selected printer must ensure high-quality output that meets specified standards.
- Timely Delivery: All materials must be printed and delivered to our Lagos office no later than November 10.
- Samples: Suppliers may be requested to submit samples of similar projects for quality assessment.
- Quotations: Quotes should break down the costs per item type, indicate any applicable discounts for bulk orders and include taxes or additional fees.
