Sylvia is skilled in personnel management & administration, with Prior experience in program management, a tool she has used to advance her career in human resource management.
As the People and Culture associate at STER, she updates policies, facilitates the recruitment of talents and ensures standardisation and adherence to the organisation’s standard operating procedure.
Working with STER resonates with her passion for human rights advocacy which she has demonstrated by advocating for disadvantaged children in Nigeria to have access to quality education during her time
working with them.
She is a graduate of History and International Studies at the University of Uyo, and a certified manager under the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
