Programs Executive
Tolulope Olabisi has six years of progressive experience managing projects and people to create successful outcomes in different sectors of the international development space.
She currently serves as the Program Executive of the Stand To End Rape Initiative (STER). She is responsible for overseeing the program strategies of the organisation and its project implementation processes. She served as the Program Manager of STER in 2020/2021.
She co-led the successful implementation of a series of policy advocacy and community projects centred on enhancing the rights of women and girls and improving access to support services for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence in Nigeria.
She also understands the importance of industry expertise in Project Management gained by acquiring knowledge and has done so through various certifications including Problem driven iterative Adaptation from the Harvard centre for international development, and Project Management in Global Health from the University of Washington.
Tolu earned her Master’s degree in Global Health and Development at the University College London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Genetics from the University of Lagos.
