The HERE Photo Exhibition is an avenue to highlight key places where rape survivors identified as the most likely location for sexual violence to occur regardless of sexual orientation. This validates the trueness of the cases that emanate from such locations, albeit it might sound unbelievable to others. The purpose of the project is to empower survivors of sexual violence to break the violence and regain their freedom and serves as a tool for advocacy.
The exhibition was curated by Yagazie Emezi is in collaboration with Alliance Française de Lagos.
